Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Department assistance (preparation of calculations, quotes to the customers, follow up of the quotes, cold acquisition)
- Tender Management Work: track the tenders and prepare the bids together with sales team
- Data execution in CRM system.
- Supply documents preparation/submission and logistics: shipping documents, invoices, goods delivery arrangement with transport companies
- Implementation of the customer orders execution (track of delivery execution of suppliers) and preparation of relevant company documentation (order confirmations)
- Control of company upcoming deliveries from supplier/to customer and track in CRM system
- Administrative work in sales department (CRM data management, filing)
Qualification:
- Fluent English, German is advantageous.
- Technical Background is advantageous.
- 2-3 years working experience at least Experience in Sales is advantageous
- Very good organizational skills.
- A customer orientated mindset and flexibility.
- Independent, structured and self-responsible work
- Strong negotiation and (interpersonal) communication skills.
- Skilled Computer knowledge.
- Readiness of 100% work online.
