Children of Heroes was founded to help the countless number of Ukrainian children who have suffered the ultimate tragedy: the loss of a parent, or parents, during the ongoing war. Our mission is to honour the memory of the fallen Ukrainian heroes by creating a favourable environment for their children, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a brighter future for themselves and for Ukraine.
We open a vacancy of Administrative assistant (remote but based in Kyiv).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for the Children of Heroes team, providing information, answering questions and responding to requests
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinate the work of IT HelpDesk provider
- Support in organization and scheduling offline and online meetings, including team building activities
- Control the proper work of rented co-working in Kyiv (bills, administrative questions)
- Serve as administrator of assets management system and corporate slack (add/delete users)
- Assist in translating of documents/memos/e-mails
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience on this or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Mail, Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience managing documents workflow
- English upper intermediate
