Executive assistant

24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Bliezkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant.

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out assignments from the executive;
• Managing the executive’s daily schedule;
• Organizing business trips and travel arrangements;
• Communicating with partners and contractors.

What We Expect from Candidates:

• Strong cognitive abilities and punctuality;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English;
• Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office suite;
• Category B driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience;
• Willingness to travel for business trips;
• Previous experience in similar roles;
• Passion for mobile games and an understanding of the mobile game development market.
