Hi! I’m Tihomir Todorov, the owner of Reliance Rentals, a fast-growing company specializing in the rental of construction, heavy, and industrial equipment in Calgary.
We are looking for a Business Assistant to support me in managing the business and become a key player on our team.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are fluent in English (both written and spoken communication);
- Have experience in administrative or operational business support;
- Can manage schedules and organize meetings efficiently;
- Are skilled in financial management and document handling;
- Can confidently create reports, analytics, and presentations;
- Have strong research skills and can identify new business opportunities.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience working with QuickBooks and Zapier;
- Have a background in sales or operations;
- Have prior work experience in North America.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing my calendar and coordinating meetings;
- Preparing reports, analytics, and professional presentations;
- Conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities;
- Communicating with partners and maintaining business relationships;
- Handling documentation and keeping financial records organized.
What We Expect from You Over Time:
- Month 1: Fully understand all processes;
- Month 3: Independently manage tasks;
- Month 6: Implement improvements;
- Month 12: Become an indispensable A-player on the team.
