Sales Manager – Reproductive Medicine Agency
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the internationalreproductive medicine agency.
Our agency is U.S.-based and operates across multiple international markets, offering bothtraditional and innovative assisted reproductive services. We have our own locations and astrong network of medical partners worldwide.
Key responsibilities:?
-Managing incoming leads from first contact to contract signing?
-Handling both B2C and B2B sales?
-Providing professional consultation on available reproductive programs?
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, clinics, and medicalprofessionals?
-Identifying opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations?
-Managing the full sales cycle online, including video consultations and digitalcommunication?
-Working with CRM systems to track and optimize the sales process
Requirements:?
-English (B2–C1 spoken & written) level or higher?
-Proven experience in online sales and digital client communication?
-Previous experience in reproductive medicine or a related field?
-Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured lead management?
-Existing contacts in the medical industry (fertility clinics, doctors, medicalcoordinators, etc.) are a strong advantage?
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong advantage?
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
