Sales & Marketing Assistant / AI startup
We seek an experienced Team / Business Assistant who wants to join full-time to a future unicorn. We’re an early-stage startup funded by top Ukrainian funds.
Our mission: eliminate spam in cold outreach by improving communication from B2B salespeople using hyper-personalization.

What You’ll Do (by priority)
Sales / Lead generation. Dog food (often manually) the product using lead generation, enrichment, prompting & other sales/SDR/LDR skills. And, eventually contribute your experience & ideas in the product
Marketing / Research. Manually assist in marketing activities (join SaaS communities, collect databases/spreadsheets, etc.)
General / Personal Assistant. Help teammates by executing various operational requests (e.g. costs tracking, reimbursements, CRM & other startup-related tools setup, etc.)
What You'll Need
High level of autonomy and self-management.
Results-oriented mindset: you are excited about fueling the 10x growth and success of Execue by valuing results higher than pure process (although, we love process).
Experience in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Advanced level of written & speaking English.
