Amazon Account Manager
We are a leading B2C Private Label brand specializing in high-quality pet products. Our primary focus is on the US and European markets, and platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and Shopify, where we have established ourselves as a strong player. Our constantly evolving team consists of over 30 professionals dedicated to achieving results and contributing to the growth of the pet product's industry.
Who we are looking for:We are seeking an initiative-driven, ambitious, and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager who is interested in the Amazon sphere and ready to grow with us.
- Work experience: 1-3 years
- Full-time, Remote work
- English – Upper-Intermediate (B2)
You are a perfect-fit if:You have at least 1.5 years of experience in e-commerce in a similar role.
You have good English skills - B2 level or higher.
You understand the Amazon ecosystem, including listing management, catalog management, inventory control, and promotional activities.- You possess strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights.
- You are detail-oriented and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You have experience creating and managing listings and promotions on Amazon.
You are proficient with Amazon reporting tools and familiar with data analysis techniques.- You are an excellent communicator and can effectively resolve issues through Amazon support .
Responsibilities:
- Daily Listing Checks: Conduct thorough Amazon listing checks at the beginning and end of each workday to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Price Management: Check prices during deals once a day to maintain competitiveness and compliance with requirements.
- Promotion Management: Create Coupons and Promotions once a month + Daily/weekly checks to ensure their effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze subscriber data from SB Order Reports and other relevant metrics to make strategic decisions.
Content Management: Upload A+ content, manage Amazon Vine, and update content through inventory and flat files.- Bundle Management: Create and review listings and bundles once a week.
- Issue Resolution through Amazon Support: Create cases and communicate with Amazon support to effectively resolve listing and account issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Use various Amazon reporting tools (SQP, SB, Amazon Ads Manager) to compile data in Google Sheets for comprehensive analysis. Data Updates in Sheets several times a month.

Working terms:- Type of work: Full-time.
