Traditionally, Cyber Security is broadly focused on networks, servers, workstations, applications and physical infrastructure.

• Investigate - you need to be able to do quick research on each case with extreme attention to detail, as it is sometimes difficult to find evidence to distinguish between an attack and the legit entity
• Takedown you will need to be comfortable with constantly communicating with service providers, often convincing them with compelling evidence that there is an ongoing attack propagated through their platform. Require argumentation skills.
• Communication you will be working with clients to receive reports, giving them timely updates on cases, walking them through the gathering of evidence and occasionally calming them down when something doesn't go the way they would like. Require etiquette skills.
• Discipline and team play - as we offer a 24/7 service across different time zones, we heavily rely on each team member to be on time, do their part diligently, communicate clearly, notify the team of any disruptions, always ask for and/or offer assistance and be adaptive
