Finance Manager
We are looking for an Junior Accounts Payable/Finance Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person with experience in managing financial transactions, vendor relationships, and process optimization. This position is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is attentive, energetic, and ready to grow and learn within the field of finance.
Must-Have for the position:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced knowledge, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools;
- Understanding of GAAP: Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Familiarity with Tax Regulations: Experience with accounts payable processes, including withholding tax and multi-state transaction compliance;
- ERP System Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems such as Zoho, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or others;
- AI Tools Experience: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus;
- English Level: Intermediate English or higher.

- Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement;
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and precision in data entry, reporting, and documentation;
- Problem-solving: Proactive approach to resolving payment disputes, vendor queries, and system inefficiencies;
- ommunication & interpersonal skills: Strong ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and handle sensitive financial communications with professionalism and diplomacy;
- Organizational skills: Effective time management and prioritization of multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring all vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant tax and legal regulations;
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies, payment delays, and financial issues;
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and legal departments;
- Preparing monthly AP reports, cash flow forecasts, and reconciliation reports;
- Continuously improving processes to streamline AP operations and enhance financial controls.
