Requirements:
• Experience in the relevant position from 2+ year;
• Experience with reports (P&L, BC, CF);
• Experience with monthly and quarterly budgeting;
• Handle payments via wire transfers. Will be a plus: experience with payment systems (Wise, Paysera, Paxum, PayPal, Payoneer)
• English writing and communication skills at advanced level and up;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs and Word;
• Organise and detail-oriented;
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask;
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily.
Responsibilities:
• Process bank statements on a daily basis (€ and $);
• Generate of Client invoices;
• Daily control of Clients payments on time;
• Preparation of pivot table for weekly payments, generation of Invoices in Billing section and processing payments;
• Process Corporate Accounts Statements, reimbursements and invoices received from suppliers;
• Calculate and process monthly Salaries and Bonuses.
• Create monthly and quarterly budgeting;
• Build and manage cash flow forecasting processes.
• Complete and publish regular monthly/annual financial statements;
• Form reports for the CFO (including P&L, BC, CF);
• Assist the CFO with various monthly and ad-hoc administrative tasks if necessary, document management;
• Participate and assist on special projects like developing and implementing internal controls, costs;
• Analyse affiliates registration data (affiliate profile, ip logins, payment systems etc);
