We invite you to join our team as a Financial Controller for the Trading Operations
Responsibilities:
- Plan and forecast trading operations and associated costs.
- Monitor the efficiency of trading operations and analyze deviations from planned targets in the commodity trading division.
- Develop financial models and reports to assess the profitability of trading operations.
- Prepare management reports on the financial performance of the trading division.
- Reconcile the management trading P&L with the accounting data and financial results under consolidated financial statements.
- Reconcile broker reports for transactions executed on the exchanges and in the CTRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in a trading/agricultural company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of agricultural markets, trading commodities, and the use of derivatives, will be an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in 1C, advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query etc); experience with SAP and CTRM systems will be an advantage.
- Understanding trading and hedging operations and their impact on managerial and IFRS reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
