(Senior) Consultant, Deal Advisory / Financial Due Diligence

KPMG's Transaction Services team regularly provides financial advisory services in the largest M&A deals in Ukraine. 

Currently we are looking for Consultant / Senior consultant willing to join our friendly Transaction Services team. 

Principal Accountabilities: 

• Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex transaction services assignments, mostly, financial due diligence 

• Providing multi-level transaction support for local as well as international projects (mostly UK and EU) 

• Communicating with clients and target companies, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings 

• Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process 

• Ad-hoc administrative support 

• Coaching and supervising junior staff  

 Requirements:  

• Degree from a leading Ukrainian or International University 

• Working experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, audit or financial analysis for at least 2 years 

• Knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards is a must 

• ACCA/CPA passed papers will be a plus 

• Knowledge of English at upper intermediate level 

• Proficiency in Excel 

• Team player 

• Good communication skills 

• Analytical mindset 

• Non-standard approach to problem solving 

• Ability to work under pressure 

• Ability to adapt to changes quickly
