
Our partner, a leading healthcare company, is opening the vacancy of Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Communication Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Draft and review emails, reports, and official correspondence.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and affiliates.
Project Coordination:
Assist in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on action items.
Support compliance and regulatory documentation processes.
Event Planning:
Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
Arrange logistics, catering, and venue bookings as needed.
Office Management:
Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor management related to executive functions.
Maintain and update records, contracts, and invoices for business-related services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace); project management skills are advantageous.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Professionalism: High level of discretion in handling sensitive business information.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
