We are looking for an Assistant to join and support our team.
What will you be involved with?
You will provide direct administrative support for our team in all administrative matters. Your main responsibilities will include coordination of meetings and travel (domestic/international), preparation of PowerPoint presentations, internal communications, coordination of monthly reports, support to the team and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning
Assist departments on the daily work routine such as: arrange meetings and appointments, coordinate visit program and agendas, making travel (flights & Accommodation) arrangements
Welcome the guests, making the organizations such as hotel and flight tickets
Prepare reports & presentations according to management demands
Organizing departments meetings and welcoming/hosting visitors
- Manage
Follow up, coordinate, process vendor invoices through invoice approval system
Upload vendor agreements and contracts in contract management internal tool, coordinate signatures and communicate effectively
Support the managers in their daily office operations and needs
Organize meetings and welcoming/hosting visitors
Requirements:
University Graduation
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related area
Fluent in English
Competency in MS Office tools and systems (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
High Planning and Organizational Skills
Time Management Skills
Ability to Solve Problems Creatively
