The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of the industry and feels comfortable communicating with OnlyFans models.
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager who will be responsible for promoting and selling our services and offerings to new models, especially trans models. This position plays an important role in the development of the agency and allows us to provide the best possible conditions for creators to earn and promote.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate with potential creators and guide them before signing contracts.
- Conduct meetings: present the company, commercial proposal.
- Prepare a commercial proposal/offer for creators.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, providing them with information and advice on opportunities and terms of cooperation.
- Develop and maintain a database of creators, including their contact details and preferences.
- Execute KPI.
Key Skills:
- 1 + years of sales experience.
- Experience working with B2C – must have.
- At least Upper-Intermediate English (spoken & written).
- Spanish (spoken) will be a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and Google tools.
- Ability to find a common language with different clients.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Self-organization, ability to plan your working time and meet deadlines.
