IT Project Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee a high-impact project for one of New York City's top coworking spaces. At Norml Studio, our team handles website development, design, and SEO, and we need a strong PM to ensure everything runs smoothly – keeping the system organized, deliverables on track, and nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a dedicated role for this specific project. You’ll work with our Norml Studio team while also coordinating and managing contractors or some internal employees on the project. Ideally, you’ll stay more on the client side, than on Norml Studio's side.

What to Expect

• You’ll collaborate closely with an English-speaking client who is proactive, ambitious, and full of new ideas that require implementation or strategic discussion
• The work is fast-paced – there are challenges to tackle, systems to build, and ideas to refine The client knows his product well, values critical thinking, and appreciates structured management
• You’ll work directly with Max (CEO of Norml Studio), who is setting up a long-term system and needs a strong PM to take ownership of the project’s execution

Your Role

• Ensure smooth coordination between design, development, and SEO teams
• Keep deliverables on schedule and maintain strict project management oversight
• Gather and analyze client requirements and ensure they are accurately documented
• Maintain a structured and organized approach to project management using tools like Notion
• Serve as the bridge between Norml Studio and the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
• Help build a high-functioning, long-term team consistently delivering top-quality design, development, and marketing solutions
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and well-organized

Who We’re Looking For

• A strong PM who thrives in a structured, results-driven environment
• Experience in design, development, or SEO is a plus, but not required – what matters most is your ability to manage the process efficiently
• Someone who can handle complexity, communicate effectively, and keep everything under control
• At least 6 months of experience as a Project Manager
• English - B2-C1 for daily communication with US client
• Basic understanding of web development technologies and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

We’re working with the US market, so your hours would be switched towards the evening, internal meetings usually happen between 16:00 - 20:00 Kyiv time. We do have meetings up to 23:00 Kyiv time
