Job Description:
DEKOM is expanding its team and looking for a Project Manager to coordinate projects related to workspaces automation and smart home systems. This role involves liaising between client teams, engineers, and installation specialists, ensuring smooth project execution, on-time equipment delivery, and budget control. The position reports directly to the employer, with potential future reporting to the Head of PMO as the department grows.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate work between client teams, engineers, and installation specialists.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and equipment supply logistics.
Manage project execution using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Track project progress using Microsoft Project.
Ensure efficient communication and problem-solving among all stakeholders.
Report on project status and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in project management, preferably in related fields (construction, automation, engineering, IT).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project for project tracking.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple teams.
English proficiency is a must (Upper Intermediate or Advanced)
Ability to align with the US business hours and effectively manage communication across different time zones
