The Role
- Collaborate with sports data clients to develop digital product requirements;
- Analysing market trends in the sports industry to create relevant ideas for interface design and branding;
- Researching and structuring client data;
- Coordinating between clients and the design team to ensure deliverables are aligned with client business goals;
- Bringing an expert understanding of sports data to the process of creating UX/UI design and branding strategies;
Requirements
Must-haves
- At least 1 year of experience as a sports manager or in a sports-related industry;
- Knowledge of UX/UI design basics;
- Understanding of sports data, its structure and application in digital products;
- Experience working on projects related to sports, analytics or related fields;
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients;
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of information;
- Perfect oral and written Ukrainian skills and advanced English (C1) to work with international clients;
- A high level of attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello;
- Experience with Notion;
- Basic knowledge of Chat GPT.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling based on your or our time zones;
- A 3-month probationary period;
- Salary based on interview results and extras based on performance;
- Paid vacation (22 business days + holidays);
