Responsibilities
Oversee the entire development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate and manage a team of full-stack developers, designers, and analysts.
Define and track project milestones, conduct retrospectives, and facilitate meetings.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable development plans.
Identify project risks and proactively mitigate potential challenges.
Improve collaboration between team members and optimize workflows.
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing IT projects (preferably in Telegram bots, super apps, or Web 3.0).
Understanding of software development processes, DevOps, CI/CD, and API integrations.
Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency (B1+) for documentation and internal communication.
Nice to Have
Experience with Telegram Bot API, Web 3.0, blockchain technologies.
Basic knowledge of software architecture, APIs, UX/UI.
Background in startups or innovative product development.
