Procurement Manager. Finance Dpt.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, financial control, and asset management, along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost control, and the smooth operation of supply chain activities within the organization.
Requirements:
Degree in economics, finance, or a related field;
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, fixed asset accounting, or financial controlling;
Knowledge in budgeting, procurement planning, and financial control principles;
Proficiency in Excel;
Experience working with accounting software (SAP, MS Business Central, or other ERP systems);
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking;
English language proficiency at the Intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
Managing the procurement process and developing an effective procurement strategy for the company;
Collaborating with internal departments to align procurement needs;
Negotiating with suppliers and signing contracts;
Monitoring contract execution and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services;
Maintaining procurement records, analyzing the market, and identifying alternative solutions;
Controlling expenses and ensuring procurement aligns with the company’s budget.
