Procurement Specialist/Manager (pharma)

To make our procurement more stronger we are looking for aadditional teammate for full-time position of Procurement Specialist.
Our best candidate has:
- Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical)
- 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist/Manager in Pharma
- English — Upper Intermediate (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal oriented team player
Key responsibilities:
- Compare offers amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions
- Work within a given requirements to purchase goods and services
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory
- Negotiate with contractors on price, mode of shipping and delivery time
- Check invoices for accuracy and authorize the finance department to issue payment
- Vendor assessment and management
