Kasta is an innovative multi-category e-commerce platform in Ukraine. As an IT company, we are developing new directions in e-commerce, implementing our own ideas, and integrating the best global practices.
We are looking for a Buyer 1P to join our team.
Responsibilities & Areas of Influence:
- Analyzing the current stock of the category and managing seasonality.
- Defining procurement strategies and searching for new suppliers.
- Developing and overseeing the execution of the category promotion strategy on the website.
- Ensuring compliance with the category's pricing strategy.
- Managing contract negotiations and monitoring contract execution.
- Achieving budget targets and key KPI metrics.
- Building sales models for each lot, conducting weekly sales analytics, and developing strategies to increase NR (Net Revenue).
- Maintaining lot-related reporting.
- Presenting category results according to internal processes.
What Matters to Us:
- Proven successful cases in negotiations and contract execution.
- Experience in ensuring stable sales growth within a category, including pricing strategy, promo strategy, and stock strategy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English – Upper-Intermediate level.
