We are looking for a skilled BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with a keen eye for accuracy and optimization. This role requires expertise in Power BI, SQL, and working with large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve data visualization and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by identifying and resolving discrepancies in dashboards and reports.
- Work with BigQuery, MySQL, Snowflake, ClickHouse and other databases to extract, process, and analyze data.
- Optimize data sources and reporting processes for improved efficiency and performance.
- Generate ad hoc reports and perform deep-dive analysis to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new data sources for Power BI.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
- Proven ability to optimize reporting structures, improve data visualization, and streamline workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
