A partner of Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for a Business Analyst.
You will be working on implementing and enhancing digital solutions to support RRP(reduced-risk products) commercialization in single/multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and define requirements in partnership and collaboration with stakeholders
- Preparing technical specifications and system documentation
- Design the interfaces with internal/external solutions
- Coordinate vendors and/or internal developers and support development process
- Conduct demo, perform integration testing and support UAT
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 year of experience on BA or similar position
- Understanding of Project Management and SDLC principles
- Good understanding of data bases ( MySQL,PostgreSQL) and experience with SQL
- Understanding of web services (REST, Web API) and best practices
- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Cloud services understanding (AWS, Google cloud) be an advantage
- Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies be an advantage
- Good teamwork and collaboration
- Good communication skills
- English: Intermediate or higher, Ukrainian: fluent
