We are looking for a Process Analyst to optimize our business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Process Modeling: Use BPMN to map and document business processes.
- Cross-Process Integration: Identify and optimize interdependencies between processes.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, SLAs, and anomalies; provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Required Hard Skills:
- Expertise in BPMN and mathematical process modeling.
- Experience creating dashboards (Tableau/Superset).
- Strong understanding of process optimization (Lean/Kaizen) and root cause analysis.
- Proficient in anomaly management (Jira).
- Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
Required Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate solutions effectively.
