Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records through bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Input and organize financial data using Google Sheets and Excel.
Perform routine accounting tasks such as reconciling bank accounts, tracking expenses, and generating basic financial reports.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and recorded in a timely manner.
Help with payroll preparation, invoice management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Support in preparing month-end closing tasks and reports.
Assist with auditing and reviewing financial documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

English Proficiency: Intermediate level (written).
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data management and reporting.
Entry-Level Understanding: Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

Task-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring completeness and accuracy in work.

Additional Skills (Bonus, but not required):

Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to data discrepancies or reporting errors.
Prior experience in a remote work environment.
