We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Billing Specialist position.
What to do:
- maintaining billing database, administering billing matters;
- preparing and issuing invoices to clients for provided legal services;
- issuing acts of acceptance to clients;
- preparing and working with legal services agreements with clients and subcontractors;
- controlling settlement of invoices;
- coordinating work with lawyers and financial department, communicating with clients regarding financial, billing issues;
- preparing reports on proceeded billing data;
- working with expenses reports.
What you need:
- 2+ of relevant experience OR University degree in Finance or Economy;
- upper-intermediate English is obligatory;
- experienced user of MS Office;
- experience of work in Terrasoft CRM program will be an advantage;
- knowledge of German will be an advantage;
- analytical and strategic thinking, attentiveness, stress resistance.
