Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for an Accountant in Kyiv, Ukraine to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Accountant you assist the Accounting Manager in setting up the local AP and Treasury processes, process of controlling primary documents and reconciliation account payable.

Main responsibilities 

• Account payable processing (clean up account payable accounts; quarterly reconciliation with vendors and etc);
• Bank processing (bank payments preparation; pressing BS in accounting system);
• FA processing (entries posting in accounting systems, related to FA moving and statutory necessary document preparation according to Tax Code of Ukraine);
• Reconciliation AP, FA and Cash accounts in accounting system;
• Incoming VAT tax invoice posting in the system;
• Support the audit process
• Supporting documents preparation for business transaction
• Adhoc internal queries

Qualifications and competencies 

• University degree: Accounting, Finance
• 3+ years of work experience as an accountant
• At least Intermediate English spoken and written
• Comprehensive Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
