About Us:

Loadsure Ltd. is a dynamic leader in the insurance industry, and we are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to help us drive our financial operations forward. If you have strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and systems integration, we want you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Compliance:
  1. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, manage vendor payments, and ensure credit terms are met.
  2. Prepare monthly financial close, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
  3. Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Audit & Statutory Reporting:
  1. Manage external audits, statutory reporting, and compliance with UK & US GAAP.
• Financial Reporting & Controls:
  1. Prepare consolidated financial statements and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for investors and leadership.
  2. Monitor working capital and cash flow, forecast and plan accordingly.
• Payroll & Employee Financials:
  1. Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensure tax/pension compliance, and manage employee expense claims.
• Additional Areas:
  1. Handle FCA Premium Money Compliance, ensure seamless ERP integration, and manage treasury and banking relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications:
  1. Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  2. Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
• Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of UK VAT, US taxes, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
  2. Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero).
  3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
