We are looking for an active and initiative Billing Specialist, who will be ready for new challenges and interesting tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- Send invoices and account updates to clients
- Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances
- Receive, sort, and track incoming payments
- Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments
- Address and solve client questions and issues
- Securely handle client data and payment information
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
- Checking the billing is in line with the forecast
- Controlling the CRM system records are timely processed for the monthly billing
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a billing specialist role
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Incredible attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Quickbooks, SAP is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
