A company providing outsourcing services for American partners requires an accountant.
Field of activity: real estate (timeshare property).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Conversational English. Conducting negotiations and business correspondence with residents
- Knowledge of software product QuickBooks Online, Bill.com. will be an advantage
- Mastery of MC Office, free PC user
Responsibilities:
- Accounting provision in QuickBooks Online
- Management of all financial and accounting operations of the Homeowners association, including inventory
- Period closing procedures control (month-end, year-end close process)
- Reports preparation and submission
- Participation in auditing process
