Who are we searching for?
We are looking for an FP&A Implementation Manager to help our clients build seamless financial systems using the Fuelfinance product. If you love solving complex financial puzzles, enjoy working with automation, and thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, this role is for you.
What are your responsibilities?
Financial system implementation – build and configure financial systems that integrate operational and financial data, providing clients with a clear financial overview.
Process optimization – identify inefficiencies in financial operations and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and outcomes.
Stakeholder collaboration – work closely with clients to understand their financial structures and business objectives, ensuring smooth system adoption.
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
C1 / native English proficiency – strong communication skills for working with international clients.
3+ years of proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (FP&A).
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with advanced Google Sheets functions to build financial models, automate reporting, and analyze data.
Experience in configuring financial systems for at least 3 companies to support business growth and decision-making.
Familiarity with ERP / accounting software tools such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Xero.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Educational background in accounting.
Product mindset, with an understanding of automation and efficiency in financial workflows.
Will be a plus:
Experience in setting up financial processes and frameworks.
Familiarity with BI tools for data visualization and analysis.
Experience with SQL databases.
Ability to write scripts in Google Sheets.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Head of the FP&A Team.
