We’re looking for a Junior IT Researcher who is eager to grow in recruitment and develop professionally. If you’re proactive, ready to learn, and excited to help find top talent — this opportunity is for you!
Requirements:
• Desire and motivation to develop in IT Sourcing;
• Completed course of IT Sourcing/Recruiting or minimal experience in an IT Researcher position;
• English from Upper — intermediate (work in an international team);
• Negotiation skills and experience in working with objections;
• Knowledge of programming technology differences;
• Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance;
• Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility;
Responsibilities:
• Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
• Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
• Active Search: Х-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
• Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
• Maintenance of candidate base;
• Market research.
