About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support for our IT infrastructure in Ukraine. This includes maintaining Windows workstations, Android devices, network equipment, and CCTV systems. You will also assist in the development and expansion of our LAN networks, IT infrastructure, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows workstations and Android devices (escalating to 3rd line support if needed).
- Maintain and support local network devices (FortiGate, Wi-Fi APs, switches).
- Prepare and configure new devices for employees (laptops, phones).
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and document changes.
- Support the development of IT infrastructure (network, Wi-Fi, CCTV) in line with company growth.
- Maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide Office 365 user training and basic IT support.
- Support CCTV systems, industrial cameras, and label printers (Zebra, Citizen).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Experience with Windows workstations, Android devices, and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, Wi-Fi, FortiGate, switches).
- Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and label printers is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with remote IT teams.
