We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Global Human Resources Team. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO


- Support all internal and external HR Operations related inquiries or requests 

- B2B and Employment contract management 

- Create, sign and maintain documents with clients & experts 

- Complete periodic audits of documentation, procedures and data in systems 

- Administration of company benefits 

- Prepare payroll information for the Finance department 

- Data administration in HRM system 

- Taking part in HR Analytics Handling an EOR team from HR Ops side

WHAT WE’LL EXPECT FROM YOU


- Master's degree or experience 1 year + in HR Management or Accounting / Legal (preferred) 

- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) 

- English Upper-intermediate level or higher 

- High attention to detail and high degree of accuracy 

- Excellent organisational and time management skills 

- Desire and ambition for continuous improvement and development
