Flyer One Ventures — is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups from Europe and North America. Our team is based in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and other European countries. After we invest in startups, we help them with digital marketing, recruiting, PR, business development, fundraising preparation, and raising round.
Currently, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager/ HR Admin to manage our operational, administrative, and people-related functions. You'll help maintain smooth daily operations while creating a positive work environment and exceptional employee experience.
About you:
- 1+ year of experience as Executive Assistant/ Office Manager / HR Admin.
- English - B1.
- You’re ready to bring your organizational expertise and people-first approach to a team that values collaboration and innovation.
- Passionate about enhancing employee experiences through onboarding, events, and well-being initiatives.
- Excellent at collaborating with teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Skilled in coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and handling office logistics.
What you will do:
- oversee office operations;
- manage supplies, travel, and expense reports;
- coordinate vendors, workspace bookings, and parcels;
- lead onboarding, offboarding, team events, merchandise, and employee engagement;
- handle insurance, well-being services, and internal communications;
- assist executives, manage travel logistics, and share updates;
- maintain financial records, support HR, and handle administrative tasks.
