Accountant & Administrative Assistant (NGO)
Our client is a Development agency implementing international projects in the fields of climate change, urbanization, and social and economic resilience. Agency is actively supporting Ukraine in rebuilding infrastructure and key services after the war.
Main Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Reporting:
? Processing, recording, and archiving accounting documents
? Entering data into the accounting system
? Ensuring the accuracy of incoming invoices and verifying primary documentation
? Maintaining financial records and monitoring account balances
? Preparing financial reports on expenditures and budgets for management
Support in Grant Accounting and Reporting:
? Managing and monitoring financial transactions within grant programs
? Ensuring compliance of grant-related expenses with organizational requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration
- Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with accounting and CRM systems
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of French is a plus
