Media Relations Department
The Media Relations team is responsible for engaging and involving the media. With our extensive catalog of 100,000 news sites, our mission is to help publishers do what they love to do most — create great content while leaving us to take care of the revenue.
A media relations manager will help us expand our network of carefully selected publishers. This role will establish relationships, connect to the platform, and successfully complete orders from clients.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising or media and PR experience;
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or above), with a strong focus on practical communication skills (calls, video calls), ensuring fluency in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is welcome;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills. Solid organizational skills;
- Experience with large anchor lists and volumes of information, confident knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, basic formulas & regular expressions;
- Experience in lingu building, «outreach» specialist. Understanding metrics to evaluate the quality of a site and links. Theoretical knowledge of what a link is and why a site needs it;
Responsibilities:
- Manage publisher data in CRM, tracking key milestones and tasks on the funnel.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with publishers of news sites;
- Connecting news sites to the system;
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections.
- Meeting set goals for connecting new publishers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Experience in lingu building, «outreach» specialist.
- Understanding metrics to evaluate the quality of a site and links.
- Theoretical knowledge of what a link is and why a site needs it.
- Experience with large anchor lists and volumes of information in Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of text formulas is welcome.
