Client Communications & Engagement Specialist to the Team of the Chief Administrative Officer

With a commitment to making a positive impact on mental and emotional well-being, we are looking for a Client Communications & Engagement Specialist to the Team of the Chief Administrative Officer to help manage daily tasks and streamline operations.
Your Role:
As a Client Communications & Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective and timely communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Your ability to engage, and streamline interactions will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to support business initiatives and strategic planning if needed.
• Keep track of interactions, stay updated on client profiles, and identify engagement opportunities.
• Monitor and respond to incoming messages across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Professionally engage with clients, potential partners, and team members through well-crafted and personalized written and verbal messages.
• Take detailed notes during meetings, summarize key points, and track action items and goals if needed.
• Help organize and control daily processes to ensure operations run efficiently if needed.
• Regularly check and manage communication on professional and social media profiles, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, tables, and presentations or proofread if needed.
• Organize files, documents, and materials for projects and initiatives if needed.
• Be a welcoming and energetic communicator who fosters positive relationships.
• Ensure all messages are clear, timely, and aligned with company communication standards.
• Be the first point of contact for inquiries, maintaining a warm, professional, and engaging tone.
What We’re Looking For:
• Good written and verbal communication skills in American English.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to engage in conversations without waiting for instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing messages and communication across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, Instagram) would be a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-ups.
• Previous experience in client communication, social media engagement, or a similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
