AVELLUM, a leading Ukrainian law firm, is looking for an SMM / PR Manager to help diversify content formats, highlight our team and culture, adopt fresh digital trends, and accelerate our communications. We want our social media and PR to be as strong as our legal expertise—and that’s where you come in.
Location: Kyiv
Work format: Hybrid
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute engaging social media.
- Manage and create content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and legal alerts.
- Diversify content formats – integrating more video, dynamic visuals, and interactive posts.
- Showcase our team and workplace culture to make our communications more relatable and authentic.
- Build and maintain relationships with Ukrainian and international media.
- Manage paid promotions on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and boost engagemen.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external contractors to bring ideas to life.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in social media and PR across corporate communications, professional services, consulting, marketing agencies, the development sector, or other relevant industries.
- Strong copywriting skills in English and Ukrainian, with a keen eye for text structure, key messages, and detail.
- A strong visual sense, awareness of trends, and a drive to create fresh, dynamic content.
- Basic design skills, including experience with Figma templates and developing video creatives.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and analytics tools, particularly for promoting webinars, internship programs, and PR content.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
