Overview
We are expanding our Pre-Sale & Tenders department, which is dedicated to conducting extensive business analysis, product consulting, and engaging workshops. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our strong and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather detailed product and business requirements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed descriptions of functionality to guide the development team.
- Workshops: Participate in and sometimes facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Tender Documentation: Process tender documentation requirements accurately and ensure all necessary information is compiled and submitted on time.
- Tender Proposals: Prepare detailed and compelling tender proposals that highlight our company’s strengths, capabilities, and understanding of client needs.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of Product Development (Auth, User Flows, web/mobile specifics, etc)
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including epics and user stories.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Any of Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc) certifications will be a huge plus.
- Understanding of software development principles and technologies.
