Requirements:
Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial controlling, financial reporting, accounting, or auditing.
Hard Skills:
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
Understanding of budgeting, financial planning
Advanced Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables (Power Query is a plus)
Experience with ERP systems (1C or similar), BI tools (is a plus)
Certifications: ACCA, CIMA, CAP/CIPA, DipIFR (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
- High level of integrity and responsibility
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to optimize processes
- Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to different stakeholders
- Fluent in Ukrainian, English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly financial and management reports
- Ensure proper cost allocation and control of expenses across departments
- Verify data accuracy and maintain internal controls to ensure the correctness of transaction processing
- Perform financial reconciliations with vendors and manage intercompany transactions
- Participate in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and calculations as required
- Contribute to process optimization and automation to improve efficiency
- Provide general support to the finance team
