Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for driver positions.
- Handling paperwork: collecting and verifying documents for compliance.
- Conducting interviews and explaining industry regulations.
- Keeping the CRM system updated.
- Addressing complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing emails and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Requirements:
- English level B2+.
- Strong negotiation and result-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
