We are a transportation company with more than 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA. We are looking for a Drivers Recruiter/HR for one of our projects (US-based trucking company).
Responsibilities:
- Interviews with potential drivers
- Searching for potential candidates
- Hiring drivers
- Preparing and gathering of all the necessary documentation
- Signing agreements with drivers
- Getting feedback from drivers/owner operators regarding the company/their work/etc
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Spoken English Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
- Spoken Spanish from Intermediate+
- Good writing skills
- Quick learner
- Relevant experience is a must
Conditions:
- Shift: M-F from 14:00
- Modern office
- Competitive salary (base + bonuses)
