We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter for our driver recruiting department. If you like to communicate with people on the phone and have a strong desire to be successful, this may be the opportunity for you.
Work experience in logistics will be a great plus but it would be awesome if you:
- have experience at HR/Recruiting position
- have English level higher than intermediate
- feel comfortable working with a lot of data
- enjoy communication
- ready work from office: Kyiv, Beresteiska
- ready to work in schedule: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00
- have strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and hire new drivers.
- Request and check all necessary drivers' documents.
- Keep all documents up-to-date.
- Surf the net to find and analyze new resources.
- Post adds and contact new applicants.
- Problem-solving and human touch.
- Daily reports to the Manager at the end of the shift.
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly
