The main Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end supply chain and commercial processes of DRL Ukraine;
- Preparation of reports and decks for local and regional business and SC meetings and reviews;
- Facilitation of S&OP process (scheduling meetings, preparation of data for meetings, coordination of xfunctional readiness to reviews, preparing and sharing Minutes);
- Support to Commercial Manager with processes and documents flow in relation with customers from Evaluation process to arranging STPs, Contracts and Addendas flow;
- Under supervision of Commercial Manager customers’ orders analysis and preparation;
- Demand control process management ( checks orders of customers vs plan to ensure accuracy and service level);
- Entries and extracting data from ERP systems: SAP, Kinaxis;
- ERP local master data responsible.
Requirements:
- Higher Education; economics, supply chain – would be beneficial;
- At least 3 years professional experience in demand/supply/logistics;
- Knowledge of MS Office and good command of Excel;
- ERP systems: SAP is preferable;
- Ability to process and analyze data;
- Ability quickly and efficiently solve work tasks;
- Team player;
- English – upper intermediate+.
