Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
We are looking for Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for the European Company Office in Kiev (Pharmaceuticals)
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective supply chain management
- Full-cycle supply chain management: demand planning, production, warehousing, logistics, quality management system;
- Team development, task setting and performance evaluation;
- Identifying supply chain risks and developing and implementing mitigation measures;
- Implementing projects to improve efficiency, automatization, and digitalization processes in logistics function;
- Planning and monitoring department budget execution;
- Optimizing logistics, production, and warehouse costs;
- Monitoring key KPIs: service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and quality deviations.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Supply chain management (end-to-end SC)
- Knowledge of S&OP principles, GMP/GDP/DSP standards;
- Department budgeting (logistics, warehouse, production);
- Monitoring returns and product storage conditions;
- Working with KPIs and analytics;
- Understanding the relationships between logistics, production, and quality;
- Implementation of digital tools;
- Employee development and strong team building, leadership;
- Problem diagnosis, deviation management, decision-making based on data analysis;
- Crisis management;
- Strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
Requirements: Experience in managerial roles in SCh&Logistics with approval success track. Strategic planning skills. The ability to analyze the market and internal processes, predict trends, and make strong management decisions. Leadership. Strong communication and personal skills. Proficiency in English
