 Senior Research Manager & Data Consultant

Responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Lead and manage research projects, providing expert consultancy to clients in the
• student housing, co-living, and BTR markets.
• Use the company’s Data Platform to gather, analyze, and interpret data. 
• Develop tailored reports and presentations that provide valuable market intelligence and
• strategic recommendations for clients.
• Build strong client relationships being a primary point of contact.
• Participate in client meetings and present findings.
• Plan, execute, and manage research projects from start to finish.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and present clear, well-structured reports that
• meet client objectives.
• Forecast key metrics for the student housing, co-living, and BTR markets.
• Manage the resources, timelines, and budgets for individual research projects.
• Share knowledge and expertise and help unit managers develop the research skills
• of junior colleagues.
• Support research managers by sharing methodology, innovative approaches, and research techniques.
• Review and quality check of reports developed by junior researchers and data provided to clients.
• Take an active role in identifying opportunities to expand the company’s service offerings
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing
• expertise in the rented residential sector.
• Actively participate in market discussions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends,
• research, and innovations within the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• A university education in the business field/economic field
• English – Advanced (B2+/C1)
• MS Excel – Advanced; MS PowerPoint – Advanced; MS Access – Basic; Adobe InDesign – Basic; Tableau - Beginner
• Minimum 4 years, ideally within the field of real estate market analysis or similar, data analysis, data research, and international client management plus managerial experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• A client-first mindset with experience in account management 
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Result-oriented with good time management and work ethics
