Info Sapiens is one of Ukraine's biggest local research agencies, with a well-established market position in public opinion and social and political research. We are looking for a motivated Middle Analyst who can provide valuable input into the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing studies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of research findings (both on your own and with the support of more senior colleagues);
- Leading research projects of middle complexity on your own; of high complexity with the help of other senior colleagues;
- Design research studies, including preparation of research tools(questionnaires);
- Take part in the preparation of research proposals, look for ways to solve a Client’s issues creatively;
- Act as the liaison between the Client and Operations teams (Data Collection and Data Processing), either internal (own Operations team) or external (third-party suppliers);
- Prepare actionable and visually pleasant research reports, being ready to present findings to Clients;
- Develop Client relationships - work closely with Clients to understand their research objectives and provide customized solutions;
- Collaboration with and providing support for, as well as managing the work of junior colleagues within your projects.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Sociology, Marketing, or other related fields;
- At least one year of experience in the field of research(work experience in a research agency is expected);
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods: CAPI, CATI, CAWI, - knowledge of qualitative research methods is a plus;
- Analytical skills;
- Project management skills;
- Knowledge of English (written, spoken) – B2 or more;
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), - knowledge of SPSS (or other data analysis tools)is a plus
- A proficient/Native level of Ukrainian is expected;
- Living in Kyiv is a plus, but remote job options are negotiable.
