Market research and Data Consultant

The Market research and Data Consultant will focus on servicing clients through effective account management, creating insightful reports and helping them leverage the company proprietary Data Platform to deliver the best value.

The Market research and Data Consultant will:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary contact and support throughout project lifecycles, guide clients in utilizing the Data Platform.
• Understand client needs, provide regular updates, and deliver tailored insights and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.
• Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
• Plan, execute, and manage research projects, leveraging the Data Platform to deliver actionable insights.
• Collect, analyse, interpret data, and present results in written reports and visual presentations.
• Combine market intelligence with quantitative and qualitative research to address client and company objectives.
• Prepare, manage and monitor project budget.
• Work closely with analysts and senior analysts on larger-scale projects.
• Collaborate with part-time staff and support personnel, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Contribute to team meetings and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and innovation.

Requirements:

• University degree, ideally in the business/marketing/economic field;
• English Language, both oral and written — Upper intermediate (B2/C1);
• Minimum one year, ideally within the field of real estate market analysis or similar, data research, and international client management
• Microsoft Excel — advanced, Microsoft PowerPoint — advanced; Microsoft Access — Basic; Adobe InDesign — Basic; Tableau — Beginner;
• Experience with commercial research rather than academic;
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and identifying meaningful insights.
• A client-first mindset with experience in account management or client-care roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to create compelling narratives from complex research, both written and oral;
• Business oriented thinking;
• Team spirit and a sense of humor.
